Gayle’s been building stories, brands, and relationships for decades — long before UpHill was officially born. Her parents once called her “motor mouth” and said she’d never met a stranger. Turns out, that’s a pretty great starting point for someone whose entire career has been built on connection.

With deep roots in Albertville and big-market experience from Tampa, Gayle brings a unique blend of heart and hustle to every project. She’s led campaigns, built brands, coached teams, and helped businesses grow — not by shouting the loudest, but by finding the right message and telling it well.

Her approach is strategy-first, people-always. Whether she’s developing a full brand identity, writing copy that actually converts, or helping your team find its voice, Gayle’s here to guide the climb — one smart, intentional step at a time.

Ask her what she’s most proud of, and it probably won’t be a campaign. It’ll be her two sons: one climbing literal mountains, the other learning to feed and speak to an entirely new culture. The UpHill name might be a play on her own, but the philosophy behind it — work hard, be fair, and keep your promises — is from her dad.
